The Memories of TV Show Posters
New
television shows appear every season and seem to have thier series finales
as soon as we’ve fallen in love with them. And before we know it,
we forget about our past favorites and adopt new ones. But whatever happened
to The Muppets? How about I Love Lucy? And the Kramer? Well, they were
among our most beloved shows of all times and, as all good things, they
came to an end. Their memories have lived on in our minds and in our hearts,
but now there’s a better way to reminisce with family and friends.
TV show posters are as popular as ever, and it’s no wonder why.
Classic television
Decades ago, we all fell in love with Lucille Ball, laughed
with puppets and wondered who shot J. R. Television has seen an incredible
transformation over the years. It has seen times when a few puppets were
enough to make us laugh to the days when sophisticated animations have
revolutionized the industry. From the Brady Bunch and Gilligan’s
Island, television shows have continued to seduce us over decades. And
as you’re reading this, your mind is probably asking “I wonder
whatever happened to…” You’re not the only one wondering.
The
age of the sitcom
Although the rise of the sitcom can be accredited to shows like
M*A*S*H*, Bewitched and Happy Days, Seinfeld and Friends undoubtedly transformed
the modern sitcom. Kramer’s entrances, Joey’s “How you
doin’?” and Homer’s “D’oh!” are all
fresh in our minds and make us smile just thinking about them. The sitcom
has redefined the meaning of primetime television. We’ve become
used to hearing catchy theme songs, watching characters make fools of
themselves and laughing ourselves silly.
TV drama
It’s not all jokes and comedy. TV dramas are the current trend. From E.R. to the Sopranos, the O.C. to CSI, this new type of TV glues us to our seats as the excitement rushes through our veins. Every week we wonder what emergency will surprise doctors, what murder case will unravel, and whose life will change forever.
Reality
TV
Of course, the last few years have also been marked with countless
reality shows. From watching Ozzy scream “Shaaaaron!” to Paris
and Nicole working the farm, we are far from experiencing a shortage of
great TV. Ask any of the American Idol fans.

TV Shows: Here to stay or a passing phase?
Whether you’re a fan of classics, sitcoms, dramas, reality shows
or any of the countless other types of programming, there is something
for everyone. TV show posters are daily reminders of our favorite TV moments.
So whenever you’re not feeling funny, nothing could lift your spirit
and put a smile on your face more than Homer’s stupidity, Lucy’s
smile or Snoopy and his piano. As seasons premieres turn into season finales,
you’ll own a little piece of TV history. Shows may come and go,
but television show posters will last a lifetime. Oh Happy Days…
Heroes –
